Property builder Isha Homes India would create its first budget apartment’s scheme ‘Isha Yara’ in the fringes of the city prized at Rs 120 crore, an apex company official announced.

“The apartments extend crosswise 5.91 acres in Medavakkam, will house 460 flats on a whole developed district of 4.28 lakh square feet,” Isha Homes India Managing Director M E Suresh Krishna remarks.
